Nah, a lot of really good lineart actually has no lineweight at all, you can have it and you can not, none work as an excuse for why it works or not, it's actually better to have a monotone lineweight than lineweight in all the wrong places, as that will give the wrong information about the shape conveyed.

The deeper problem is the general rendering of textures with squiggly lines, having completely different perspectives clash with eachother (and placing the floorline way above where it would be).

No gesture giving the body and pose a flow, values are flat, colours do not work together and there is no overall atmosphere altering the colours (color relativity)-

Anatomy is cruddy, the pelvis is twice the size of the chest, despite the chest being larger than the pelvis, neck is twisted so far to the side it would be broken.

Basically, everything needs to be worked on, so just keep at it, but more importantly, be aware of the things you do wrong, analyze your piece yourself, pick your >biggest< 1-3 weaknesses and work on them, then move on when you feel they are no longer the worst part of your drawings (or try and "perfect" them, whatever works for you).
