- Various enemy stat changes (mostly for consistency and to remove unintended exploits).
- Back in Stineford, there's now a visual effect when the door is destroyed.
- If you invested in the demon-ridden mineshaft, it now appears properly in your investment ledger.
- The shop in the outskirts can now reopen depending on investments. This is a retroactive change, but doesn't affect balance much.
- Several quest log items had been neglected, most notably Conquerer. These have been fixed, though your quest log may need refreshing.

Alright, have a question here about game development not relating to sex games.

Lets say for example that I had no skills in coding or modelling whatsoever. But I had an idea that would sell in the thousands if not millions on a platform like Steam or something.

Is it possible for me to hire people to make the game for me but not have them steal the project later on? That's always been my biggest worry.

I genuinely have an idea that would be a best seller on steam. Not "could", "would". I want to get it started but my worry is that later on in the development, the programmer(s) would just take the project and leave.

First, you can make a GDD and pitch your game to a studio. 2, you can hire modelers and coders using contracts specifying that they could not steal the idea from you, be sure to add that idea in the contract so no one can use the good ol' "I had that idea way back, it just happened to be similar to anon's idea" (be sure to get lawyers for this). C, you can take time to learn how to code and model and make the game yourself.

If you go with option 2, make sure to make an llc before hiring if you want to do all the contract shit. You get more outta it for being a corporation.

Don't start a Patreon based on a vague idea, and don't expect to make money before you've created anything.

Make a proof-of-concept. Show it to writers and artists, and draw up either a contract where you pay them for their work and then own it, or a profit-sharing agreement where they make a percentage of the Patreon income as long as they're on the project--but make sure that, whatever the agreement, you own what they submit. 1) Your 'technical demo' will prove that you have the skill to pull off your concept, and the dedication to actually get it done. Which you probably don't.

2) It will make sure that your artists are compensated. You might be able to find an artist who's willing to do some work on a free project for shits and giggles, but if you're planning on making any money off of the project and are still asking for free work, that would make you a selfish piece of shit. If you do reach the point where you have a legit Patreon, then you're going to need to employ some serious project management skills. Odds are good that the kittens you'll be wrangling are all doing this in their spare time. They'll have jobs and social lives and families, and will be doing this for basically nothing to start. If you don't have the project management skills to keep your game on the rails, which you probably don't, then you'll have to bring in someone who can keep it moving, which you probably won't.

It's definitely a process that can be made to work, but coming up with a vague concept is definitely much, *much* easier than executing it.

Not gonna lie, I dont know how to number builds for shit.
My idea was to update the number per chapter, and since there are pretty long, I advance them at this pace.

So far the game has over 250k+ words of text tho, and each monthly updated used to be between 30-60K words, which I think is decent.

Since it's only me for now, you'll get smaller updates now, but still I'll try to meet at least 30k of content per month. Is not much or great, but I dont think is nothing, all things considered.

Well, originally the writer was going to be in charge of DiCK writing and most of its content (I was going to aprove the overall story, but not much writing involved), since some updates ago I made adding new followers rather easy and fast, where I could add most of the writen content in 1-2 days.

Now of course that has changed and have to part my time in half between the two projects.

Is not impossible, in august to january I worked pretty much every day, most of the day too, got kinda sick at the end of january and I relied more on the writing, I guess those months of extra work will come back while I reorganize this (There is someone who is going to help lightly with some writing, it wouldn't be doing as much as the former writer but it would help complement and reduce my work).
