Like with most kinks, there's different reasons and variations of what all people are into with it. Some want to wear, some just want their partner to wear. some like the Adult Baby aspect while others don't, some people absolutely want no involvement of piss/scat, others really like the concept of messing, some don't like to involve anything sexual while some do.... and so on. The kind of incontinence I have doesn't make it just all leak out, I just drip slightly constantly and my bladder can barely hold it and I have to go a little bit every like 5-20 minutes.
When walking ill have to pee a little bit every couple blocks or so, usually when I'm waiting to cross the road, if I cant stop to do it for a bit though its just uncomfortable till I do and I still leak drips. Walking in public wearing diapers isn't too bad if I'm wearing the right clothes and its not too hot, but it really depends on things like how hot it is and how stuffy the diaper I'm wearing is, best ones ive worn out so far are the lavenders. Never noticed any noise or had anyone else do it, more paranoid about pants/skirts sliding down and showing diaper peek but its not really an issue since people dont notice or care.

Leaks arent really common for me anymore since ive tried better diapers and got used to taping them on properly, when I started having problems about 5 years ago I was wearing abena m4s just to bed and leaked fairly often from bed wetting, but during the day just dealt with 20+ trips to the bathroom a day while wearing pads to catch the leaks between trips.
Recently Ive been using ABU Lavenders and Confidry 24/7 with abena boosters and don't leak very often unless I wet a ridiculous amount in one wetting or the tapes got too loose.

So there's this weird thing I've noticed lately.

Way back in the day, as I'm sure many of us have experienced, when I was still new to actually getting diapers I'd get an instant hard-on when I put one on.
