It's somewhat...odd at the moment. To get the lesbian scene, you have to enable NTR. This leads me to believe that essentially all scenes that have the wife getting banged without you being around corrupt her in some way. So by not enabling ntr, only you can corrupt her (or not have her be corrupted at all). There hasn't been a scene between MC and demoness outside the prologue, but as the creator is stuffing his game with content, I'd be surprised if you can't have both be your bitches. The game HAS continually been advertised as having you be the villain.
