It's a bit of a different tone from the first, what with the first not being built as an intro. Moon's personality might seem different, but I rationalize it as she has a slightly different personality away from her mother. If/when her mother shows back up, or she encounters another authority figure, she'll act more like chapter 1 Moon. So you're going to see her as she is normally, and not around someone who knows about the diaper stuff.

If you read chapter 1, the AB stuff from that part will show up again. I've got some babying ideas here and there, though when she's on her own it might be more DL.

I don't want to spoil anything, but things I've been playing with are

Maybe Team Rocket remnants do some shit, or she has to travel to some tournament thing, etc.

Also, I think this is going to be the last time I borrow half the fucking dialogue from the game. That shit was such a slog to get through. I'll try to include more originality from now on. It might take a few chapters for the story to really pick up (For me as an author anyway) since all the tutorial shit is so slow.

While the caretaker/mommy stuff sounds awesome, I can get why you might think it'll stop the flow of the story. I'm getting the sense that you're more or less following the overall plot of the game, so having a sudden babying chapter or two would stop the 'progression'.

If you really wanted to fit stuff like that in there without making the overall plot come to a complete stop, maybe you could change the island trials a bit? Like perhaps some of the captains discover Moon's secret and as a result decide to give her a more 'infantile' challenge instead of the one given in the game? But post-game stuff would definitely give you a lot more freedom.

Either way I'm looking forward to more. Given what you did with chapter one, I'd read an entire second fic about just about Moon and her mom/another caretaker if you did one, as you wouldn't have to be bogged down by continuity.

Shit, that's a good idea. So far I just know trial 1 will be about the same, while the water trial will involve falling into the water and having her diaper be incredibly visible.
