Take it from me, since I've done it before: that picture is 100% traced. The trick is to move the pic around in a way that limbs and details are in slightly different positions so that it doesn't line up perfectly with the original.

This guy sent me a sketch of a piece I'm getting and look, it's so obviously traced from the reference pic I showed him. If you carefully put the original pic on top of the sketch and rotate it multiple times until every part is lined, you can see through this obvious ruse!

$150 for the first one, and I can't remember the second one but probably the same cost. He's also extraordinarily fast on finishing the commission once he starts it and he also gives steady status updates as well. I gave him this after he finished the shark commission and he got it done within the next seven hours or so. This picture I commissioned yesterday is actually referenced from a Tali picture I sent him, but it clearly isn't traced but it's in the same spirit of the pose. This one was $60 as it's not sketchwork, but it was actually $68 since I have a mask variant as well.

Lewd stuff is not against their TOS, but even still as a precaution, if you commission someone to do artwork and you want an invoice, the general consensus is that artists will simply describe it as artwork and not state what the actual content is. So you're looking at an invoice along the lines of...

And so on. We've been doing this for years, if it were against their TOS by now PayPal would've already banned all of us for selling artwork porn.

I've used it for a couple years, but the real pros like Doxy, Incase, dmitry etc, have been using it for way longer.

In other words, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. You pay someone through PayPal it just shows your and the receiver's names and e-mail addresses. The artist then sends you an invoice with information similar to what I stated above, though I've yet to send a single one so far (not that I've made that many commissions anyhow, but I've always asked the other person if they wanted it.)

Pretty much all the commissions I've ever bought come from people I've seen in these threads if that's what you meant, I've never done any real digging anywhere else.

Occasionally dug around HF, but most of the good ones there seem to be forever closed or moved to Patreon.
