Russian mod is fairly good, but make sure you get the second to last update, sincee the most recent one fucks it up. That mod adds some additional content for Hermione, and a fair amount of content for Daphne.

Silver adds a lot of stuff for Hermione, but it's fairly buggy.

I'm not the JavaFX guy who was posting a few threads ago but:

CS student here. I've got experience working in Java to build games before, shitty things for classes and stuff but fairly intensive projects compared to a lot of what I see around here.
I've just built some pretty general boilerplate code for a UI, it works to move between different screens and easily add in new kinds of screens and buttons that attach to events that effect objects.

What game should I make? I don't really like story-line games with linear progression (I love 4 elements trainer and all but that's not the style of thing I'm interested in building.) so I was thinking something in the vein of Free Cities.

What are your ideas? I was thinking something like FC but with a monster girl spin on things. Maybe Monster Girl Rancher or something.

Now, as for the main reason I was even posting on /hgg2d/ and thus /weg/ and thus here, is because I was starting up work on the game again and was going to tackle the dialogue system...

Here's a picture of the dialogue digraph so far (blue ones are planned nodes that I haven't implemented yet). Right is how I implement things. Each vertex is a scenario (the file on the right), but depending on the loli's stats and how they match the attributes section of each outcome, it will have different effects (code in result tag), and link to different dialogue vertices (links tag). the message tag is just what's shown.

I'm wondering if this is an okay plan, or if I should think of other stuff?

As I was drawing this graph (it's not complete, there are some coded vertices that I forgot to draw here, but it should show some stuff) I was thinking of implementing some kind of node-inheritence thing, maybe one just affecting the links tag? Or maybe all tags? Since pretty much all the sex acts should possibly link to the too_lewd or tell_mommy nodes, and a lot of common dialogue vertices would want to link to a few common targets.

Do you think this is a good idea? Maybe it could set 'default' values for links and for attributes (maybe). However, this might get annoying since you would be less able to fine-tune things, at the bonus of simplifying the links/etc structure.

I was also thinking maybe of putting in a links tag just for the scenario (vertex) that all outcomes would follow. What do you think?

Should I allow any outcome to inherit from any random outcome? Or should I make a separate type of file containing just links that outcomes (and scenarios) can inherit from?

And int with 0-100 value offers terrible granularity for small increments. Plus you do realize that 25% of all float values are between 0 and 1, right? That's a lot of precision. Compare that to the mere 0.000002328...% of values in a 32-bit int that are between 0 and 100. Sure, I guess you could say it's between 0 and 2^32 instead and use ints, but most of the math you'd be dealing with floats in the first place anyway with all the multipliers and such. It's just simpler to deal with 0-1 floats and then once you're at the UI stage, convert to the domain and round or trunc to integers.

Well, there's no real min or max I guess since there's breeding, so girls can be 0. However, in the overworld I only spawn lolis aged 4-14, and then random adults that are older.

Well, specifically, I spawn a bunch of adults, then make them breed with each other to produce their children, then I age the children 4-14 years.

It's one of the languages I'm most comfortable with, and there's quite a bit of complex systems in the game. It's not just some RPGmaker game with a bunch of porn sprites. It's quite the opposite really, It's a porn game made by a programmer, not by an artist. It's more of a kidnapping/etc simulator than a porn game, anywho.

Hell, I'm even starting an association system in the game (pic related) which takes a weighted graph like pic related of associations between concepts (there will be some base graph, with different edges having their weights increased with certain events, reinforcing the association, ie rape a girl with a red dildo, and she might start getting triggered by that colour of red, or by dildos. Then I use markov chains to compute a kind of association flow out of a start vertex(or vertices) which can allow you to compute roughly how associated all other concepts are to some query concept(s). I'll use this to figure out girls reactions to certain things, and as another way to implement a memory of sorts but in a less direct way.
