Alright, I'm new to the diaper-wearing business. So, I live in a small town and not in the richest country. There are 2 pharmacies in my town. 1 sells TENA and the other sells TENA and most likely Abena, can't confirm yet. The diaper I'm looking for is a thick, comfortable one. I don't care about how visible it is, and they both seem to roughly cost the same. From what I've read, TENA seems to swell up more, while Abena starts off thicker. So, mind helping an anon choose?

Mind blown. Anyway, I would suggest the Abenas. In my experience, diapers don't swell up like in a cartoon. Rather, the cottony material contracts as it takes on fluid. I've used Abenas for years and remain satisfied.

Make sure you get your tapes right! I didn't really put much thought into my tapes at first, but get them right and you'll be much more protected against leaks.

Abena Abri-Form 4 or Tena Slip Maxi are both great diapers.

You can't really go wrong with either one, both being very cheap, with Tena being the cheapest.

Just make sure they have plastic backing if you can.

Yeah Abena is a bit thicker, but you get more for less with Tena, and it's still thick and absorbable.

For online, Amazon since I've had experience with their regular priced stuff being cheaper than the same products on sale from other websites. They arguably have the largest selection of medical diapers to choose from, but that's just what I've seen so far.

You can also try doing research and seeing what local medical shops are near you and see if they carry anything decent.

Fair enough, I'm not going to fall back on the DSM specifically as a perfect bible, but generally the reason that things have changed in it have been a matter of trying to separate deviation from social convention with legitimate mental illness, or specifically narrowing the category of what qualifies as a specific disorder.

For instance, in previous editions homosexuality was listed as a disorder, that was social convention rather than anything else.

Now, it's been specified that it, and pretty much every fetish are only disorders if it causes specific distress to the person due to a conflict with their own desires or self image.

In the case you mentioned, it's the latter. Narcissism by itself is no longer considered an illness, but it, along with other things have been grouped together under more specific headings because what we used to call just Narcissism covers a whole range of different behaviors. Just like the label of "Hysteria" did in the 19th and 20th centuries.

Again, I'm not saying it's perfect, but regardless of that, my original point that using "Mental Illness" to describe something that one finds personally distasteful without any evidence to back up one's claims, is purely idiotic.

So one thing I noticed about Nililego's Pokedex entry in Pokemon Moon is one part it mentions:
