I don't really hold any opinion, good or bad, about the character. The over-saturation and exposure doesn't bother me since I don't pay attention to it. I don't care about the "owner" either since whatever he does doesn't interest me.

My only problem with the character is how the Legend of Zelda as a game series is her only defining trait. I'm not saying that liking the Legend of Zelda games are wrong or anything since they are fine of their own, but it is the central idea around the character since all of her toys, clothes, accessories, and other items and actions are based around the Legend of Zelda and almost nothing else. She doesn't dabble into or explore other video game series in any way from what I've seen and that tells me that Sammy, and by extension the owner, have very poor taste in video games.

Two main reasons. One, she draws a lot in a short time and whatever she's practiced easily translates to future pictures for her. You can argue if it feels "mass produced" or not, but that's another discussion. It's a little inspiring either way.

Two, she aims to make money from drawing. I don't know if it is her primary source of income, but money always seems to flow to her since her commission slots get full almost instantly. A fair amount of the hobbyist artists aren't looking to sell their services for money, so they may less likely be willing to improve their skills.
