Here, and later on, "You've got something in your hair" is a bit more natural and conversational than "you've got some dirt in your hair." I know the latter is a more literal translation, but the former is idiomatic.

Also, "Over here" is probably better without the "Look" part. Conversationally in English, that predicate is usually implied.

"Ishigami, Ambulance" is better than "Ishigame, an ambulance." It flows better, is more direct of a translation, and similarly conveys the feeling of urgency. Similarly, "Calling now" can be trimmed to "Calling" and "Inio, Nurse" works just fine. Fits Prez's intense, authoritative tone of voice in the raws.

Also, that part Prez's speech is all in bold in the raws. I'd say to make them bold here too. It shows his tone is very different from usual.

Nothing too egregrious, but for some things, like Prez or the Doctor, some tweaks benefit their tone of voice, so they have a more distinct and emotive mode of speech. It's hard to adapt that in a translation, but otherwise it comes off as overly wordy, unidiomatic, and formal.

I'd say get another editor. I'm free, but anyone who knows their salt in this kind of thing is fine. The redraws and cleaning are usually pretty good but it could use some slight changes here and there to make the dialogue flow better.

Sometimes shitty translations try to casualize speech to make up for loose translations. Sometimes more accurate translations are too uptight and inflexible. You need both versatility and idiomatic understanding, AND proper conveyance of the original's context. Translations can't be either too loose or too strict.
