According to the novel titles the last chapter should be called "Clione no Akari" so I'm certain that they're gonna see her aunt next ep and maybe how to send the messages next episode and if there's a 12th one then it's gonna be about them sending the messages, and the moral of the story and how bullying is bad or something of the sort. Who knows, maybe in another universe Minori manages to survive.

Bullying kids is never good. Especially when its massive, collective and for no reason. Like in Minori s case. I watched recently "the shape of your voice" (koe no katachi) and felt very sad for a deaf girle who was picked on. And victim-shamed her entire life. Why? Because she was kind to everyone? Jeez.
In a larger perspective a moral it's like in a Tchekov's novella: it can be too late one day. You are never sure.

In Koe no Kotachi manga's one short (it's when they were still kids) the girl had special needs but no one wanted to adapt to them, even Sensei who was supposed to be kids' role model and to show them example of how to treat disabled person couldn't be bothered even to turn away from the board when he explained things so she would read his lips. When she asked to repeat things to her he made her look like she was an obstacle and a bother. When she asked her classmates for help they thought of her the same way: annoying, distracting during the class by bothering everyone with questions, the reason they failed at the competition, etc. etc. You can see the reason she was bullied now. She did nothing wrong, but kids still blamed her just for the way she was.

In Minori's case bulling went out of nowhere just because some kids wanted to be mean.

I hope they reveal that Minori died from aids she got from having sex with old men for money.

Yes, I think the one voicing Minori is from some idol group or something so there were some nips watching it for that purpose if I recall correctly but shitted to no end the male VA. And who knows, guess the premise already detracts a lot of people, I think the anime is the studio's first and it overall has a early 2000s anime so you know how /a/ is chuck full of newfags nowadays that haven't watched anything pre 2010 so anything that feels old is an auto drop for them.
It's no masterpiece, but since it's fairly short at 10 mins per episode I find it pretty nostalgic in terms of atmosphere even though the setup is full of bullying.

Aside from that, the last one that gave me this feeling goes all the way back to Majimoji Rurumo so they're indeed relatively rare in that regard.

You might be right. I never did an exhaustive search or anything, but I haven' been able to find the raws of the later chapters. I will say this though: if somebody offered to TL it, I'd buy and and scan the damn tanks myself.
