No, she's essentially the real Setsuna. Her only character description is that she is the girl that created Altair. Adding anything else would alter her and not be a real representation of Setsuna. Hiroe said as much in the interview for the episode.

Creation Setsuna is another person, but exactly the same. It's like the teleporting, the original died and the copy is exactly the same but with a different material, but some people still consider the copy the same as the original since it's not the material that makes the person, it's the particular distribution and mechanism that defines the person.
