I really like the show. It's even more space western than the acclaimed Bebop (which is more noir, than western). It's just a nice package of the taking things not too seriously, without going extremely over the top and making the emotional moments count. It's really on the nose sometime though, so blatant that I missed how Dann and Ray are intended to be perfect foils to each other.
Also, along with this and Active Raid, it shows that this director is really good with 24 episodes. The biggest gripe of ID-0 is that its only 12 episodes.
