My Cowboy Beepity Boop rewatch in 2014. That and DBZ are the only dubs that are superior to subs. And that is primarily due to my nostalgia. I know it's not /a/ but I did play Persona 4 and I really like that dub even though they lock you into it. It wasn't horrid like most dubs are.

I just started watching Fairy Tail for the first time and I'm watching it dubbed, so far I'm enjoying it. I'm fine with English dubs and actually watch them semi-regularly.

Three years ago, I introduced a few of my friends to the joy that is dubbed Golden Boy.

the dub for the first 2 parts of the jojo anime are honestly really well done
part 3 sounds terrible so far

Panty and Stocking is the only dub that is objectively as good as the original, and only by watching them both can you truly understand it.

Ghost Stories and Sextra Credits would've also counted if they were not so different from the original work it's impossible to call them dubs and not just remakes.

All other dubs are insignificant.

The first anime I watched were fine, so then. AoT, SAO and Death Note.

Last one I watched was episode one of Hajimete no Gal because I fucking hate myself apparently. Last one I watched all the way through was Infinite Stratos for the girl's voices of course. Last one I actually enjoyed was probably Space Dandy. First one I ever sought out to watch after graduating from Toonami and Adult Swim was Rosario Vampire because again, I apparently fucking hate myself.

Soul Eater, just whenever it was airing constantly.

Outside of Black Star, the Soul Eater dub was pretty darn good. Maka was cute as a button and Crona was very sympathetic.

Basically only watched dubbed shit before I knew it was Japanese. Even when I was learning English and wasn't very good at it I was watching stuff subtitled. I guess some people never develop standards.

ghost stories is the only dub I've ever watched since stuff on WB as a kid.

Dubs have appeared on my television before, and I'd caught a couple of episodes before I got into anime, but I have never watched a series dubbed. It seems like a waste of time to me, like dubbing foreign films. The general public is uncultured.
