I hope you like three scenes with these two and an hour of one man shouting "Toola".

The series wasn't well written or ended either. It kinda crashed on its own. That generation of mangaka were good and promising but most crashed and burned with their endings. Only so few ended their projects perfectly for beginning to end caring of their series quality as a whole piece. (Hence why one piece is called that.) but yeah; it's sad that as long as these series lasted for their respective time periods; they had a good introduction presentation that got dull over time and crashed and burned after a while. Most of these had time skips that killed and changed the tone of their series.

And it's sad cuz most female characters hat are cool don't get enough screen time or brought back more often; they all get treated like crap and useless damsels. Shounen jump is notorious for this sexist archetype. Gintama Barely deviates with this with Kagura.

Because she saved two of the girls, extended the life of a terminally ill little girl permanently, helped the MC to search for one of the girls and she asked for curry as a reward, she's the purest girl of the house (she didn't sexually assault the MC in any given time), she doesn't bother him, in fact, she almost has no presence, she will wait for her love interest to have a fullfilling life and then she'll wait for him in the afterlife, she can go to the afterlife and return, she guide souls, she can reap them, she can teleport, she's socially awkward, she has an enormous gap moe and yeah, her body is perfect for hugs. Those goddamn thighs are the best of the show.
