status, status, hiatus

I get that Togashi takes hiatuses but why the fuck does he think he has a right to take breaks when he does return?

He didn't even do 1 chapter per week consistently when he was last releasing chapters. No doubt when HxH returns before Christmas, he won't release a chapter a week either. Fuck him.

Seriously though, Shounen Jump should be more strict about these rules. Togashit come and go whenever he wanted to. If this is his only source of income, Shounen Jump should just threaten to drop him if he doesn't work consistently or with a quota. All his hiatus are getting annoying he should just write the story and let her wife or hire someone more dedicated to draw the series for him.
