Even the brother calls her a woman. And its obvious in the epilogue that they've come to respect each other again after a few years, and it's HIM that helps her find the friend again. The brother even gives up on trying to stop them when he realizes the situation is way more complicated.

The only one who came out of the situation in the real shit was the friend, who was the only one who was 'unstable' or full of doubt at the end, though its obvious he was trying to make a sacrifice just so that the siblings could be happy with one another together. He even lies to her about his feelings in the epilogue, they really were in love.

The fact that this is a fiction allows for the answer, sometimes, to be 'yeah, the twenty year old was alright for fucking the ten year old,' I would never come to that conclusion in real life.

Also, she's not really a brat, her father supports her in most of her decisions, her brother isn't the sole source of authority in her life.
