Episode 2 duh. People who recommend starting on the second episode usually pretend the episodes after the "twist" does not exist but I'll say the build up to the finale was worth it.

Episode one really doesn't ruin anything. It's a bit jarring, but everything about the timeskip is jarring. It's basically a different show at that point.
