There's a difference between being inspired and being obsessed.

A lot of the plot relevant things hinata did were driven due her hard on for naruto. She doesn't reach the point of being a satellite character that only exist to orbit around a character, but she's dangerously close to it.

First of all, there was nothing about her memories that forced him into anything, none of the characters init even suggested he had to do anything about it, and he could have simply said to her that he was thankful but not interested. Instead of that, he starts acting coy once he realizes where she's coming from and decides to confess to her out of his own volition. I can equate them because they all started the same way, innocent childhood crushes.

But at the very moment they were introduced the show already showed an heavy bias about how the viewer should see them, like how since the beginning it was always treated comically any attempt naruto had to get closer to sakura, how they showed the sakura/sasuke as something more serious with a wall that had to be overcome between them, and how it portrayed hinata's crush on naruto as something innocent and even cute.

There are a few ocassions that he does though. He cant bring himself to kill sasuke, he never could. The first fight hes almost dead until Kyuubi saves him by diverting the chidori, second time he almost got stabbed and didnt do anything. Third time and final time hes holding back again. WTF?

Naruto may be a god now but he had to work his ass off for every last scrap of it and even risked his life as a ninja or his life itself on more than one occasion to get there. He inherited none of his fathers natural talent and being a reincarnation was about his destiny of conflict, not ability which again he "inherited" nothing. The only thing he did get was large chakra and that was because he's an Uzumaki.

I'm pretty tired of seeing casuals undervalue his entire arc because of the end of the manga.

It wasn't years. The moment Naruto was actually given the chance to learn under a master he blossomed into a powerful ninja whose only "flaw" was that he wasted chakra, which didn't really affect him much due his gimmick about having a shitton of chakra, and he eventuall fixes that issue even. All he needed to stop being the problem kid was for somebody to give him a chance, and once the chance was given, he was nothing sort of being a ninja prodigy that easily remained on par with the other guy who was genuinely being hyped as a prodigy and a genius.

And he did work for his powers, but he had to make a lot less effort than others, and the mass shadow clone jutsu was one hell of a cheat as he could practise in a day what people practises in weeks.

Looking at that manga page, you can literally apply that to Kiba and his self-confidence in himself.

Plus now, since Naruto is in fact a false Underdog, It would make more sense for Hinata to resonate more with Kiba. He's actually the "proud failure" type and has to work harder (unlike Naruto who's a gifted and privileged child of prophecy)

anyways of course he still has most of the powers he got in endgame. he needed to commune with the tailed beasts to use their unique powers like wisdom wolf decay and kaikiri musou, he just doesn't bother them. he's still the meeting place, so logically he could whenever, but he just prefers partnering with kurama and not bothering the other guys relaxing at home

Only two other people in the manga that we know of had to wrestle an ancient weapon of mass destruction. Kurama was a huge bonus but also a massive hindrance.
