Hanasaku Iroha is probably my favorite anime set in a workplace. It is also made by PA works who are godly at character designs.

I'm not trying to deny, what I'm saying is that first she's not really autistic, but more like extremely socially handicapped, which is a condition that, unlike autism, can be actually overcome (and holy hell she's actually doing that) and second that the fact that she's like that doesn't actually bring down the character at all because she's actually quite the nice girl and not a piece of shit like that one poster was saying.

Pretty much.
The story had a good concept but it feels like they dropped the ball half way through and then just shoved the whole quest about the festival in.
None of the characters had any good development and growth either. It will simply end on a shallow wishful thinking scene of a better tomorrow.
