I personally liked Extella for what it was but I see your point and agree with it. Well, as long as you're prepared to slap in the face you'll get. I'm realistically expecting something Stay night/deen level, it seems like the safest bet to avoid being disappointed.

95% of people hate it, I liked it a lot and I'm pretty happy with the next Extella project being announced. A lot of things were crap or had a lot of wasted potential (the fucking code casts, damnit, the fucking code casts) but there's a lot of room for improvement , for a game already fine, even if not perfect, as it it, which is good.

Although its lack of balance is absolutely terrible. Even moreso when you take customization bonus into account.

Why the fuck do we have to get another wankfest over Nero when Tamamo is clearly superior. Type-Moon seems to wank off Nero more than any other character

I really liked her in Extra, because she was actually a good character, totally different from Arturia, but her constant wanking in F/GO and Extella made her annoying as fuck.

I just started it, for now it's full Nerowank and the story really sounds meh. Gameplay wise it's quite easy and repeating, but I didn't expect something else, and it's still better than the RPS.
In the plus side, everybody's voiced, the animations are nice, there's the main story, a side story for each Servant, and a free battle mode to grind shit. Also, the arts are the best Wada's ever done imho.
