Attack on titan was disappointing but not bad enough to just say it sucks. Lackluster and underdeveloped is more like it.

Naruto has a problem with keeping tone consistent but it was fun to watch up to ep 151. The next arc is barely passable but I liked the final fight with Raiga. After that it turned to shit.

I was made to watch the whole thing by people saying it reinvented the genre... yeah we all know how that went.

Finished it last night, you can really see how it laid the ground-work for Kill La Kill in terms of pacing - have a faux-big bad set up then take a heel-face turn to a new villainous entity. It became quite formulaic and the second half simply became monotonous with the constant upgrading. I understand entirely that the point of the show was to revel in over-the-top action though when the protagonist's arsenal is constantly evolving with each episode and constantly breaking new records in power it quickly loses its effect as there is no strategy but sheer plot armour.

It surprised me how kind she is to be honest. She's kinda like one of those girlfriends your brother brings home and is really nice to you because they are in your house and for a split second it seems almost as if they like you more but then you think rationally and realize that you're just being conceited.
