1st season, Mamo and Cagliostro are the best. Rest are hit and miss. (Recent Jigen and Goemon movies were good though)

It's always fucking production order. It always is. How is this a question anyone fucking asks? Seriously, it makes me want to ragequit the internet. Even if the events depicted aren't aired in order, the order to watch it in is still production order. That's how everyone else saw it. Any new information that's disseminated within the franchise is disseminated with the fact in mind that the people watching it have seen the rest of it prior to that point.

The only time the order should even be taken into consideration as possibly being "wrong" is when a broadcaster is retarded and airs episodes out of order for some convoluted reason, but even this is something that's usually corrected by home video release, so it's not even a concern here

As for the specific case of Lupin III, there's barely any fucking continuity anyway.
