Excel Saga - it's funnier when you can understand the comedic timing/pacing of the dialogue. Also, Excel's voice actress destroyed her fucking larynx doing the role and they hired a new one halfway through the series. Both are great, though.
I prefer the Slayers dub for the same reason.

It was honestly quite dull subbed, the dub actually gave it much more personality and charm.

Whatever shit I watched in my native tongue as a kid. No, it doesn't matter that it was amateurishly dubbed on a shoelace budget, it's good, and no amount of facts will ever overcome my nostalgia goggles.
