According to this book what women enjoy is the feeling of being desired. But you have to understand that people aren't psychic; actual feelings of desire don't magically make a woman horny. It's their own thoughts about the situation that determines how desired they feel to be.
Basically the more seemingly powerful a man's desire to fuck them is, the hotter that feels to a woman. When there are reasons that a man shouldn't try to fuck them but still does, that makes their desire seem more powerful. It's pretty logical. The key here is to remember that this is all about appearances. Actual desire being felt by the man isn't the real trigger for making a woman horny. It's the appearance of it. Also, the appearance of desire is something the woman essentially imagines and so it's prone to disappearing with a change of mood or opinion about the situation. Of course, men being attracted to the appearance of what they find hot is also the same in that actual feelings need not be present.
Also, women don't understand how their sexuality works and feel ashamed about rape fantasies which makes them less likely to admit to having them. Still, it's found to be one of the most common fantasies when polled.
