Pretty good, it doesn't try to be the comic and yet it has its own charm, Image Comics liked too, they consider the anime to be canon.

I thought it was pretty good. I think Takeru is the superior Japanese take on Witchblade though.

I didn't know Uno Makoto was the character designer until yesterday.
