Possibly. Slip reduces the coefficient of friction, which is a SCALAR, and therefore Accelerator can't manipulate it. Accelerator might very well fall down. However, as he starts to fall he could easily set his own falling vector to zero, or the force gravity exerts on him to zero, and then shoot Mr. Isekai in the head.

I decree that slip might be effective, but not enough to defeat Accelerator.
