I agree that the pacing is fast as fuck, but that doesn't mean it's badly written. There's conflict. Senku is pure bullshit, but so are the rest of the cast. It's a world of bullshit. If you can realize and accept that premise, you will enjoy it. If you can't accept it, it's your taste. It's not like manga are ussually literary masterpieces. Also, considering that the author knows he could be axed at any moment, it's not weird for him to go at such a quick pace.
