I watched the anime (skipping all filler of course) up to the defeat of Aizen
Literally did not care even a little bit about watching the Fullbringer arc when it came back.
I still sort of wanted to know how the story played out though so when i heard some crazy shit was going down with the quincies and Aizen made another apperance in the Manga I became a wikifag and read the summary of chapters just so i could know how it ended.
I cant imagine how dissapointing the conclusion of this series must have been for people who actually invested time into reading it, because the wiki summaries were bad enough.

For the record, the Arrancar arc is unfairly criticized. Yes it is a retread of a lot of the same themes as the soul society arc but I still found it to be quite good.
Such a shame that Ulqiorra had to go. He was a much more compelling character and its insulting that Kubo kept Grimmjow alive instead.

Boruto turned out alright after all. Then again, Naruto ended on a much stronger note than Bleach did.

Shit all you want about Bleach and Kubo but SS arc is one of the best shounen manga arc in history. His character design was top level. His artstyle is good and very different from other mangakas. He knows how to hype. He is the one of the best foreshadower and asspuller. And when you think about all of the big 3, his MC, Ichigo has more character growth than Luffy and Naruto.
