Not exactly. She might not be openly chuuni but her obsession with having a rival and that slip in vol 5 "Crackling Lightning Yunyun" show that she really is fighting against her blood when denying the chuuni ways.

She is lonely because she doesn't know how to act around other people. Before meeting Kazuma's group, the only people she dealt with were the weirdos from her village and the retards from the Axis cult, so when finally meeting normal people she is way too self conscious to properly interact with them.
