Kiwame is just tkrb's kai ni with a convulted character development story. Tachi,oodachi and whatnot could just be kept the same rarity, just they get increased stats or whatever.
The alteration in design to an hypotetical jiji kiwame could be absolutely minimal, like what KC did with Nagato.
