One thing is to have a roulette where if you play 1 chip in each slot you will still go bankrupt because there is the house wins slot. This is rigged to make the house always win in the end alright.

Another thing is to have a 1vs1 but with one side having advantages on the cheating while the other can also use their own shenanigans to try winning.

I'm not sure whether you're accusing the casinos of cheating or trying to explain that they don't to idiots, but I'll go in-depth.

I worked at a casino. They never rig the games and anyone who thinks they do watches too much television, or reads too much gambling manga as the case may be.

The actual "scam" works something like what the tea ceremony chick does, only minus the cheating. The games aren't "rigged" in the way that they break the rules on them, but rather, all the games run are statistically skewed towards hous when played by the rules. They can afford to have people winning against them all day and it's fine because if enough people are playing, the numbers will just end up coming out to a profit.

On the side of the people playing it's pretty fair in the sense that you always do have a shot of winning cash proportionate to your gamble, and no one is stupid enough to risk burning their business down cheating. There're a lot of ways they con you that I could go in-depth on if people wanted, but the games are always played straight.

My only complaint is the episode practically cut the part where Midari calls out the nature of Yumeko's relationship with Suzui. That seems like a very important scene for the episode ending, and in the long run.
