I've never mixed one of these before but I think have enough digital audio experience (and actual decent software!) to figure it out. Is there a proper instrumental out there? OP, you're doing this wrong. The "/a/ draws berserk" one was great but having each frame completely drawn differently made the video look bad during the actiony parts.
You should take a page from /m/'s handbook:

For scenes where there's movement, they would have one person draw the background and the other people would draw the characters. They then combined them.
It looks a lot neater.

Each frame is duplicated, I think it has to do with playback of 30 fps and correct animation speed. I set it to 0,06s for each frame in photoshop.

I tried making a thread for Daicon IV a few weeks back. I still have all the frames ready if you guys want to try again.
Here's the image for it if anyone has any suggestions on how to organize the frames. The parts underlined in red would ideally be done by one person, but I don't expect that there's enough people willing to draw 3-4 frames so there'll probably be less frames overall. I also broke some frames into layers to reduce the number of frames needed.

Also, a lot of the animation can be simplified by having anons submit the background and characters in the foreground on separate images, since I could just animate that instead of needing a bunch of frames to get choppy animation. So here's the current progress on the /a/ sings, without instrumentals, since those need some editing work I feel, as the only ones available are from the full song and the portion forming the OP has to be snipped into a proper size and everything first. Also haven't done any actual volume adjustments just yet, since those would change with every new submission anyway and are pretty important to ensure that you can at least hear bits of everything and not have a few extra loud anons cover everything else.
