In a pedagogical sense, smashman isn't much of a teacher. Aizawa in his universe is better, and he didn't even want to teach at first. Koro basically remodeled his body to be the perfect teacher, so there's no contest.
I'm not discussing fighting.

Koro sensei is a better teacher but his methods can be extreme. All Might is lacking in being a teacher and is still ultimately learning how to be one. However his methods are much more tame and have helped his students learn. Yet I still believe Koro was more successful at teaching life lessons and encouring his students than All Might.
