Four hopeless hiki/neets with no friends but each other hang out endlessly in a semi-abandoned MMO game where they all have adorable futa-loli avatars. Not realizing she was in a game world, the Holy Fairy incarnates the four would-be heroes in thier game avatar modes... futa bits and all.

Now the four have to learn to use thier new bodies (not like that), control thier powers, and seduce the Evil Lord's generals. Subdue! Subdue the Evil Lord's generals. Right.

The world is grave danger of falling into the hands of the evil demon lord! Legends tell of a fabled hero to come from a distant world to defeat him. In a desperate attempt, a priestess creates an inter-dimensional portal to summon the hero.

The portal takes the form of a JRPG sent to "our" world, who will Isekai the first person the beat it. A NEET game otaku finishes the game before any other player, and is transferred into the game-world. Conveniently, all the writing and speech in this fantasy world is automatically translated to Japanese, so the hero can understand.

...The problem is that the hero is a Gaijin who doesn't speak Japanese, and just sped through the game without reading any text. Now he is stuck in a fantasy world where he can't understand no one, and no one can understand him.

It's a battle academy harem where students get their powers via an isekai machine.

MC is isekai'd into his own light novel.
He is able to change the fabric of reality by altering the novel's manuscript with a magic pencil.
However if he changes too much the internal logic of the story will begin to collapse, so everything he changes has to make sense from the reader's perspective.

Matters are complicated even further when he falls in love with the novel's protagonist; who he kills off at the end of the original novel.

Character from an anime high school romcom gets isekai'd into the real world, where everything is mostly the same, but more realistic; people don't have rainbow-colored hair, and the world doesn't run on anime tropes. To get back to her world, she must get a Chad to fall in love with her. Chad doesn't watch anime, though, so all the cliches just come off as annoying. Meanwhile, and otaku loner sees her, and notices that she's everything he's ever dreamed of, so he goes after her, too.
