So now that the dust has settled, which series is better? Both got axed despite being main WSJ series at their peak (especially Bleach). Both had tons of ridiculous and bizarre moments. Both left us disappointed.
My vote goes to Toriko. It was even more ridiculous than Bleach (especially during the end), I liked the world and adventure feel and the last chapter was actually good (Bleach ending was garbage).

Kill yourself and fuck off.
Toriko

You're not even trying to hide the fact that this is bait, huh?

Toriko ended?
>>161124309
Yes, both were one of best selling WSJ series during their run, especially Bleach.
>>161124123
Toriko stayed fun for the final arc
You know when Bleach went to complete shit when you have the quincy arc, an arc about the Quincies, have Chad show up in 41 chapters when Ishida shows up for only 36 chapters

>Both got axed
Nope, try again next time.

>have Chad show up in 41 chapters when Ishida shows up for only 36 chapters
How many pages though?
>>161124123
Bleach was better.
>>161124123
Toriko stayed enjoyable even in it's decline in quality. It never abandoned it's initial premise of crazy food shenanigans in HnK world. Even the asspulls and plot armor were fun (especially when we find out that plot armor is edible).

Bleach

I don't think Toriko ever even broke their top five in sales.
>>161125710
OP is obviously baiting.
>>161125396
Well, technically Kubo got a couple of years to wrap things up, so Shima's situation was way worse. Still, there was a deadline for both of them.
>>161125710
It was in top 5 actually. In 2011. Excluding not WSJ series, it was third.

Bleach was better because it was the better narrative and the better art.
Toriko was just DBZ with more food.
>>161126768
A couple of years are meaningless when you are facing the common japenese cold.
I'm so glad Bleach ended. Such trash.

Kubo ended himself, he didn't have a time limit.
The sudden ending was intentional.
>>161124123
I liked Toriko more, but that's mostly because it had far less time and space given to it to literally beat itself to death with filler and elongated arcs with increasingly retarded powerlevels. It's a miracle that Naruto ever got the same without being axed as well.
Toriko still ended in an amazingly rushed clusterfuck, which I think Bleach handled marginally better, but overall Toriko is better as a series.
>>161124123
Can't stand Toriko, so Bleach.
>>161124123
Bleach.
Toriko was too cheesy for me. I can only handle so much cheese.
>>161124123
I like Toriko more with its world building and bullshit crazy planet, regardless of the fact that most of it may have been presented in info form.
