I'm surprised, at chapter 60 is when the story gets really good because that's when Toki and Raoh get introduced. You've basically read past all the bits where Hara and Buronson weren't sure where they were going with the story/how popular it was going to be (which were the chapters which, if you were a faget, you could have skipped) and now the 'proper' story of the manga begins. I'd recommend re-reading it again, I checked just now and chapter 60 is when they free Toki, it only gets better from there.

You can't, I think the company making the full colour volumes went bust after a while and only a few were released, not the whole thing. Even then, not all of them were scanned. Also reading manga in colour is usually a shit idea.
