As far as I can gather, Misuzu wants two things: to remain important in Tomo's life as a friend, and also to have fun messing with Tomo and Jun's relationship. Therefore she doesn't want them to come to a conclusive resolution. That would spoil both of those plots. However, and internal conflict arising -- she love's Tomo, and recognizes that Jun is a good guy too (for the larger part), and may be beginning to understand that her game won't last forever, and also that she may take a backseat next to the intensity that would be a Tomo x Jun scenario, and a dawning recognition that Tomo is one of the only/few people who like her as a friend despite her 'stay-away' kind of personality.

If you ask me, Carol is going to play a large part in getting Misuzu to accept the inevitable there, and also going to become a friend in the same sense that Tomo is (shinyuu) and therefore abate the soon to pass inevitability. Misuzu is a bit more childish than we might expect in all this regard.
