Who would be a better businessman?

Saitama can balance a household budget, so him.

Savvy financial sense does not always translate into being a good businessman, as Devil is a Part-Timer showed.
Saitama.
No businessman is going to take some neon-haired fuck serious.
At the very least Saitama has experience as a salaryman.

Saitama

Son Goku can deliver real value by just teaching people a couple of his techniques. Flight and instant transmission could generate trillions for the world economy. Not to mention how naturally talented he is at networking - he befriended the fucking god of all reality.

Saitama buys his own fucking groceries, anon. Of course it'd be him, as aside from all the hilarity, He's really just a regular guy. Goku literally doesn't exhibit too many "Humanly nature" types of things, because that's the type of character that He was created to be...An ignorant, but super loving, super charismatic type of Individual. When was the last time we saw Goku do something asides from train? Last I saw is when He was farming in, at least the anime beginning of Super. Saitama does "Humanly actions" naturally. Even though Goku has been on Earth for a long fucking time now, He will never totally assimilate into...just a normal guy.
In theory, Saitama. He's already been a salaryman and Goku has the brain of a child. But in practice, Saitama is poor as fuck, jobless, and almost friendless. While Goku already runs a radish farm that supports himself and his family.
Saitama being a salaryman in the past is actually a strike against him. Being a salaryman is the opposite of being a business owner. Meanwhile Goku:
>is loved by everyone he meets
>has a multiversal network of powerful people
>already runs a business
Goku technically runs his own business, plus he can always get backing from Bulma who is the wealthiest person in Dragon Ball.
Goku has more ambition and better people skills.
