After this volume it looks like both Mayumi and Miyuki have both taken a Huge L in the ship war.

Mayumi by being part of the trio to persuade/capture Tatsuya (although its not clear if she was willing to capture him) and then trying to help Katsuo after his arm is blown off, only to be attacked by Miyuki and co. need more info to know her state of mind though, but from my perspective, Tatsuya would not be liking her for getting in the way, even if he knew the reasons.
A shame, until the Umbrella scene, she kept appearing and shown to care and fall for Tatsuya both in his company and within her own thoughts (like bath scene). Now those scenes of her are almost non existent.

And Miyuki because its clear she's getting fed up with the way Tatsuya is being used and abandoned by Yotsuba and others, while being hunted by the rest.

Not sure if its about cancelling the engagement, but it looks like the 2 will be distanced for a time.

And nowadays, it seems like Lina is becoming more prominent after the parasite arc and will be a more serious contender for Tatsuya after he saved her friend, and now she's worried about him after his identity as Silver is revealed.
Honoka is also doing well since she's actually doing something, but i still dont have alot of hope for her overall, but she's still in a better position than the other 3 since Mayumi was allied with Mari and Katsuo, Tatsuya is (apparently) leaving Miyuki and Lina is in America.

Nope. It is explicitly stated that once someone is dead Regrowth doesn't work. Regrowth restores physical properties but it can't bring back someone's conscious. Besides, if it did then that gets rid of the threat of death, negates the reason for Tatsuya's super-protectiveness of Miyuki, and removes the threat that is she dies he would Material Burst the entire world if he can just bring her back.

Unlikly now. Since the Umbrella scene, her thoughts of love and caring for Tatsuya have been greatly reduced. And now that she was part of capturing Tatsuya, and went to aid Jumonji, his opinion of her is likely to be that of an enemy than associate.
And after trying to defend Jumonji but being stopped by Miyuki, she might actually start to care about him.

Its only recently that Maya says all these things, but Tatsuya obeys her for Miyukis sake. The engagement to Miyuki was to help ensure this. Tatsuya knew that both he and Miyuki are actually real borther and sister with the same parents, and Maya affirmed it. Also pointed out that If Tatsuya leaves Miyuki, it leaves her Vurnerable which could cause Tatsuya to destroy the world for her, or he can go along with it and be a functional member of the Family.

Maya wants more than anything to get revenge on the world, which is why she was so happy to learn of his magic when he was born. She's on her own side more than anything. With ordering him to attack a Japanese compound to release prisoners, she managed to put a huge target on his back, which isolates him, gets others to attack him, and may eventually turn him against the world like she wanted.

Even if the Yotusba has unlisted adresses and hidden islands, it'd be only a matter of time before their ground is found. With entire countries after them and families with just as capable intelligence gathering abilities, they wouldnt be hidden forever.
And while the Yotusba are powerful, their numbers are small. They'd be overwhelmed since its not just one clan or country they're up against this time, but several.

Only recently, Maya and Tatsuya discovered the fact that the Jummonji eventually lose all their magic due to the flaw of their magic.

So anybody over 40 years old in the Jummonji family is either in the process of their magic abilities diminishing over time or they already lost it completely and are forced to retire.

So yeah, Jummonji are potential adversaires but new information about the biggest flaw in the magic makes only the young people in Jummonji clan, potential threats, and none of the powerless geezers forced to retire.

And china? they had a whole volume of Japan and China working together where it ends up that China took the opputunity to measure the skills of many of Japans Military people.

Even with some sort of plan in place, the It took the scorched Halloween to properly defeat them, and thats what lead to Tatsuyas current predicament. And now he's black listed by Japanese Militaries, hated for creating the "Mine field" magic by the 9 magic schools, and is seen a threat to Japans own interests after attacking one of their facilities and is looked down on for refusing the Russian space project.

Not sure if you noticed, but the title of the volume is "Isolation" And Miyuki is pissed that so many people are turning on Tatsuya, and that the Yotsuba arn't lifiting a finger to help him, even making decisions to explain why he attacked the prisoner facility, or convince to take up the Russian project, which just makes it worse for him. Thats why Miyuki un-does his seals are per the volume cover.

Theo nly thing that might help him, that Maya is doing is thinking about assassinating Richard Clark for revealing Silvers identity. But she's doing so out of rage for his actions (throwing and destroying her tea with meteor shower) and angered that this has come about of her trying to work with the current "magic system" of politics, and wants Richard dead because he's part of that system.
But honestly, depending on how, that could just make things worse.
