Naruto was decent until the end of the Pain arc, where he resurrected the people of Konoha. That was complete bullshit.

About 15 years have passed and Rock lee vs Gaara is probably the most exciting fight I have ever seen in a animo. It is probably just nostalgia, but I never felt the same while watching anything again

I unironically rate pre-shippuden as high as top 5 all time shounen. I'm giving no explanation because the bias against this show is ridiculous.

I have fond memories binging pre-Shippuuden, like, 11 or 12 years ago. The way this series fell off was super disappointing. I was able to see it to the end, but I pretty much gave up after the Boruto movie, which I admit was decent.
