Lizard men shouldn't be more than 4 episodes as nothing elaborate happens the Lizard Men tribes kind of just team up and fight. While Men in the Kingdom has more schemery and world building. Nah, even though the novel plays around with moral relatives a lot, it clearly states that normal humans have their limits. Even the heartless nobles or soldiers seem utterly desperate at the sight of inhuman power, such as Ainz nation-crushing spell. Facing this kind of threat, a reasonably kind and moral person would probably try their hardest to fight against it in any way they can.

To be fair, as I said it's kind of subtle. The LN mentions these things "happening" somewhere else, especially human farm shit, but never with great detail. But in the later novels it described pretty graphically how they tortured a group of mobsters to break their spirits and make them Nazarick puppets. It involved putting a woman in a room filled with thousands of cockroaches and constantly cast healing magic on her while they eat her organs.

The anime will probably omit all of this.

The good it would do is feed the population. In the NW they still harvest grain manually. There were a few pages, IIRC, devoted to describing how losing manpower for the war would make the grain harvest a lot tougher and them not having enough food to last the winter. After the industrial revolution in our own world we suddenly had more food than we could eat, better medicine, better heating, better hygiene etcetera and society leapt forward a great deal when it comes to pretty much all metrics. Nothing that the magic of the NW seems to be able to provide.

As for the dwarfs, there is still a giant difference between a gatling gun churning out 4200 rounds/minute and a sword with some runes on it and just imagine what they could do by combining magic with modern technology. Most of the magic in the NW seems to break the laws of thermodynamics which would open up the playing field for things like infinite power generation.

When it comes to weapons against dragon lords I can only speculate, but the energy released by nuclear weapons is massive and the question is if a dragon lord would have time to react if an ICBM came flying in Mach 7. When it comes to Ainz I'm sure he'd just pull out his cash shop item of nuke reversal, so in his case it would probably do no good.
