I only see a couple of outcomes. His arms will recover on their own eventually, he finds a way of fixing them or he comes to the point where he can use OfA without causing damage.

Challenges would lie in sustaining a body that's active 24/7, I'd probably have to eat a lot, especially after delivering efforts for crazy long times.
There wouldn't be a lot to improve, though strength training would be hard, without ever feeling the burn.
My parents would have an insomnia quirk, and maybe an energy preservation quirk of some sort.

Spider sense it's weak point being that while it helps make small changes to my actions to help me out like spider man never hitting a loose brick in a wall or dodge a bullet it wouldn't be very useful against something absolutely overwhelming like endevour or all-might. The challenge and weakness on it is that it's not a supernatural power, i can only go to human limits, using the body so much could probably fuck up my longevity and health. So much information getting to the brain would be overwhelming too, so it would be a challenge in various ways.

As a hero suit i would choose something like knight
armor made from the most protective materials i could get
Weapons i use would be made from the quirk and could variate from daggers, through crossbows to greatswords
I could also use the quirk to give myself a wings or harden the armor on specified points but due to not using quirk for things like that often it would take a bigger efford
