Here's my team, op.
I picked them taking into account that Bond movies show that all problems are ultimately solved via hot lead.

Twin Thompson girl is for diversions, clearing rooms of faceless mooks and suppressive fire vs boss characters.
Modern handgun girl is the team ace, and mvp killer in close range.
Sniper eye-patch is for long range killing and allround huge damage.
Officer loli is to fill the team's jap character quota, but since she's got a fan she's clearly a high level keikaku master, so my gungirls are always in the right place at the right time. Also serves as party face.
