Conjured things are material stuff that can seen by regular people. Emmitted stuff is totally made from aura and invisible to regular people. Transmuters only transmute their aura, other characters with the ability to transform themselves, like Killua's nanny that could turn into a bike or the bodyguard that was metioned who could turn into a boat, are Conjurers. The Dowsing chain just takes his subconscious knowledge and applies it to the chain to provide clear effect. And Netero's attack was launched all within less than a 10th of a second when Pitou attempted to attack him, that in itself is pretty impressive.

Gon moved out of her line of sight completely while all Netero did was move his arms, plus it was stated that her senses were sharpened to their utmost limit at the time, even Meruem had trouble keeping up with Netero's movements when he was flying around hitting him with his 100-Type. That's not to undermind Meruem's speed by any means, he's insanely fast and the fact that Netero was capable of outclassing him with that single move led him to believe that Netero only achieved it out of insanity. That should say a lot about how fast that attack is.

Gon was extremely fast in that form but I don't think he was on Netero's level. Just one of those things you can't really prove for certain.

That was my thought as well, but I'm confused because I remember the show explicitly mentioning how much talent each of them has. Maybe the manga didn't do that. And maybe when the show mentioned "talent" they just meant they were both really strong for their age whereas that chart is referencing actual latent ability. After all, Gon was the one who got a scene with the chameleon where both the manga and show explicitly reference a deep overwhelming power.

I guess that's that.
