MC gets hit by a bus..
In his fortress atop a long-dead volcano's caldera, the Dark Lord Hexentirre schemes to wrestle control of the surrounding territories. With his mastery of magic and swordplay, he aims for world domination.
Unfortunately for him, his challenger the Shadow King Vankov, also plots to take over the world. If it was only these two things would be settled very quickly, which is precisely why Lorwowith the Tyrant is waiting for opportunity to strike so he can slay them both and magnify his own landmass. Lorwowith is not the only one who has such a plan, as his co-conspirator Gelunpzor the Three-Faced plans to team up with him up until the point where he can betray him. As dire as things seem, a beacon of hope shines for the civillians of the world, as the Inquisitor Sindericus intends to maintain order and stop the forces of evil spreading through the land... by personally slaughtering every single person who ever disturbs the peace.
TL:DR it's a series about villainous rulers fighting, negotiating, backstabbing, and defeating each other. There are dozens of them. In this world, they are the politicians.
Gundam.......

kinda reminds me of the plot I was thinking about
>soldier in not WWI gets his soul crushed
>dies due to not-nuke
>wakes up in the forest in a world that reminds him of his Tabletop fantasies
>unfortunately he's now female and naked
>rest of the story is an SoL of a defenseless girl surviving in a fantasy worlddoes learn some magic spells later in the series but not too many because she needs to acquire rare-as-fuck tomes to learn them but she makes due with what she has
It seems that the code to making a successful story is to pick a random subject, and make an autist of that topic act in fantasy land.
Still, a wilderness survival Anime in fantasy land. See as not-Bear Grylls takes novice adventurers to survive in the corrupt woods of Temperamentia, or the curse-winded deserts of Mummia. Or the Tzardom of Ice, overrun with abominable frost monsters.
>There is a enormous dungeon that spans the known world
>Entrances everywhere, villages must make sacrifices to it, or else the villagers themselves disappear, or the entire village itself, buildings and all, will vanish. Nobody knows what happens, so they just do it out of fear.
>People venture down, some look for loot, others try to find lost family, but not many make it back out
>The lower the level, the more dangerous the monsters. Clear divisions in dungeon levels, monsters reluctant to ascend into upper levels. When they do, they devolve into lower-tiered monsters than they were before, and have trouble traveling back down.
>Monsters cannot leave normally, are weakened to the forms of ghouls and zombies near dungeon exits, crumble to dust upon leaving, though during full moons monsters are freed to raid villages and capture humans.
>All monsters have a base form, which is seen near the exits, but they are able to gain power with their Dungeon Heart, which is located next to their normal heart. Steal power from slain humans and monsters, until they gain enough strength to descend
>Gain new forms when passing through level boundaries.
>Humans can implant Dungeon Hearts in themselves, but risk death, and become bound to the dungeon and gain monstrous forms, along side the monsters leveling ability.
>MC is an apprentice to a sorcerer, but after returning from buying materials for his master, he discovers that his entire village has been taken, along side his master and his childhood friend
>He enters the dungeon, only knowing basic offensive and healing spells, and is nearly killed by ghouls before a strange looking, half-dead monster kills them before expiring itself
>realizing he cannot continue with his pitiful self, but unwilling to turn back, he guts the monster that saved him and takes its Dungeon Heart, implanting it in himself, turning into a nondescript beast-man.
Now with no option but to delve deeper, he must descend farther into the dungeon
>MC has the cheat to revives everytime he dies
>he is transported to a roguelike with RNG randomization
