What do you think about this masterpiece?

One of my favorites
Retard in space.
It's shit.
Masterpiece.

One of the best anime in the last two decades. And the best thing is the writer of code geass is completely responsible for it, which pisses idiots off who want to discredit his work.
Cant wait for what he does in Devilman.
It is great. Would recommend if needing an early death.
Interesting, but too cerebral to be actually entertaining
I loved it. Nono was cute.

This is my ocean!
>>160750239
ending sucked
Fucking quality.
>>160750239
Boring and overrated. The only thing that I remember is forcing myself to watch it until the end. I've forgotten everything else. It's not even a blur.
>>160753580
Give it a rewatch, maybe your taste has improved.
>>160753648
Sure, senpai. I'll watch it tomorrow. I promise.
>>160750239

Can you recommend similar ones like Planetes or just the ones you like most? Great show btw
>>160754448
Have you read the manga?
It's pretty different from series but both are great.

Yes I've read the manga just recently actually, saw the anime a few years ago but I liked the manga more since it touched upon more subtle aspects... Still if you got some good recommendations post them here
I love Nono.

It was ahead of its time showing why socialists/commies/lefties-in-general will always suck and get nothing done.
>>160756478
Whoa can you eleborate
It okay, kinda shit midway. manga is more tolerable, but not by much
>>160756478
>It was ahead of its time showing why socialists/commies/lefties-in-general will always suck and get nothing done.
yeah I think the world already learnt that after the collapse of the soviet union, go back to /pol/ you underage retard
>>160750239
It was wonderful. I plan to rewatch this show one day.
>>160756741
I think it will always parallel our situation of "we have to solve earth's/poverty/crime/inequality problems first before we can advance", maybe these problems will never be solved and thus its better to just move forward.
>>160754515
the funniest thing is author of the manga completely shat on adapation
>>160758994
That's what I liked about the story, it didn't give straight answers. Maybe it's better to selfishly shoot for the stars and never worry about what you're leaving behind, or maybe the terrorists were right and we should stop launching money into space and focus on the pooinloos down on earth instead.
Have to rewatch it but the space ninja episode is still probably one of the worst episode I've ever watched. Didn't help that the episode before that was kinda shiet as well.
Thank god Nono appeared just after that.
>>160759541
I dropped it for awhile after those two bad episodes, when I came back I was blessed with Nono and ended up loving the show.
>>160759462
Fuck the pooinloos. If they can't sort themselves out no one can help them.
>>160759541
Well, the story was kinda touching in the end, but they really went all out on all the retarded ninja bullshit, easily half that episode was just those chuuni idiots fucking around.
>>160750239
Yeah it was different and refreshing but not a masterpiece by any means, sometimes it was just too kiddie for me to watch.
