Concept's cool, animation is nice. But nothing really happens and the anime could have been shoved into 6 episodes, if not 4.

Some truly great moments and ideas, but should have been a movie or short OVA. Lot of fluff and wheel spinning, and ends up much smaller than it seems to be building towards.
