That arc did raise some questions about how different she is compared to other love zombies and why exactly is she that way, but I'd be surprised if she ends up becoming real when the one thing that's been consistent in this series is that settling for idealizing someone is not enough. I'm sure Eve's diferences will be explained by one of the next explanations:

- Tarou being able to see her makes her act differently since Tarou is aware of it
- Tarou's feelings are stronger and pure as fuck so she's stronger than other first love zombies
- Since Eve is an amalgam of Ibutsuki and Ebino she basically glitched out ala Video Girl Ai

Either way I doubt she's a real contender, it's more likely for Ibutski and Tarou's child to end up being Eve or some shit.

I got to thinking, maybe Ebino is misinterpreting her feelings. We know that romance is in the air with romeo and juliet stuff and that mob just confessed out of the blue to the other mob. I probably worked her up too much and makes her think she is in love with Tarou.
