Tokyopop. They changed everyone's names and replaced the Eurobeat with shitty rock. The good thing is that apparently their releases included the Japanese dub and Eurobeat, so the problems only arise if you watch in English.

Did Funimation mistranslate rally as Ferrari in the dub? I recall getting severely triggered by this in the sub version when I got to the race with the Cappucino.
